Knitting Has Taken Over

It seems that the first step when one has have a "problem" is to talk about it. And since it is the 21st century and gosh darn it I am a millennial (though I hate that we missed out on getting to be Gen Y): one must also blog about it. 💁🏻‍♀️ I started knitting in January 2019 on a whim (and because a few months prior I'd been gifted soft gray yarn and needles. I felt guilty letting them collect dust.) I went with ThrowPickThrow because I do both. And sometimes switch mid-project—despite the gauge issues this could cause. Aside from knitting, I also love writing, reading, gaming, and running. I live in New York with my partner who somehow hasn't abandoned me during this descent into madness.  There's knitting by my bedside, on my sofa, and in my purse. I drool over yarn photos. I examine the stitches on sweaters worn by strangers on the subway, and dream of knits and purls. (For the record, I love to purl. As much as I love to knit. Pan-stitch-ual?) I...
